Copyright of the commissioned work will remain with Artysta Fine Art. Artysta Fine Art will be entitled to copy or reproduce the commissioned work in whatever manner it wishes for the purposes of publicity and promotion for itself and its Artists. All artwork shown on this site may be copied or reproduced by Artysta Fine Art for its own publicity and promotion.
Once the digital image has been approved a contract that the commissioned work has been accepted is binding and a refund will not be applicable. Payment in full must be received before the portrait is released.
If the commissioned work is cancelled before it is completed, your deposit will not be returned. The unfinished work will belong to Artysta Fine Art and we shall be entitled to complete it, copy or reproduce the work in whatever manner we desire for the purposes of sale/hire or for promotion purposes.
Artysta Fine Art will endeavour to resolve any delivery issue arising in connection with the commissioned work. Artysta Fine Art must have notification of a claim within 24 hours of signed receipt. In the unlikely event that a resolution cannot be found we shall issue a refund depending on the individual circumstances. In rare circumstances that a work is returned due to an unresolved dispute, Artysta Fine Art will be entitled to copy or reproduce the artwork in whatever manner it wishes for the purposes of sale/hire, or publicity and promotion for itself and its Artists.
